I skipped THREE weeks of WW in December because I just didn't give a flip anymore. I was in a funk. I don't want to eat healthy. I don't want to deprive myself. I just don't want to be good.
But I made myself go to the meeting last night where they are starting their new Momentum program. And I was so surprised to learn that I lost 3 1/2 pounds! Wow. I'm so excited again and that was just the good news I needed. So now I've lost 7 1/2 pounds. Yay me!
